To order your repeat prescription via email please send them to:

Please add the following:
- Your full name
- Date of birth
- The items you require
- Your nominated pharmacy
Please allow 48 hours for your prescription to be processed and sent to your nominated pharmacy
Alternatively you can register for patient access – Please contact the surgery on 020 8788 1188 to find out more about this service
If you do not have an email address, we will still accept them hand delivered in a sealed envelope
By post – Please send in a self-addressed envelope
We are keen to ensure that patients with ongoing medical problems are monitored regularly. If the date for your next review with a doctor or nurse has passed you will be asked to make an appointment.
